Every Enhanced Video Spotlight consists of six basic stages.  The following is a brief outline as to what happens during each stage and the order in which they progress for a medium to large Spotlight.

Step 1 – Getting started
Okay, this one is simple…you contact us and we’ll have a preliminary chat.

Then we’ll send you our Production Checklist to help get you thinking about who your target audience is and what key messages you want to get across.

Step 2 - Planning
Next we’ll meet to discuss the detail including how, when and where we’ll shoot your Video Spotlight, and exactly how much it will cost.

This meeting is free and there is no commitment to continue if you decide not to.

Step 3 – Developing the Message
If you like what we have presented to you and you would like to go ahead, we’ll confirm all the details and if necessaryprepare a storyboard with you.

We’ll also ask you for a 50% deposit at this stage.

Step 4 – Shooting
We will shoot your Video Spotlight using the latest generation High Definition capable cameras and edit it on industry standard digital edit systems.

We will add professionally composed music, voice overs and graphics as required and pre-agreed with you.

Step 5 - Approving
Once we have completed everything we will provide you with a DVD of the Video Spotlight for you to review.  

If you like the DVD we sent you we will then issue you a final balance invoice.

Step 6 – Going live
On payment of your outstanding invoice, we will provide you with the high quality compressed videos for internet streaming, the full broadcast resolution DVD version for use in presentations and a mobile phone version should you require it. 

We will also liaise with your web designer/developer to ensure your video looks great on your website.
